At Viari Accessories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of the delivery date.

We do not provide refunds on any goods sold. Goods sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit once they are approved.

Returns:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at contact@viariaccessories.com with your order ID to request a return
authorisation number (RA#).
2. Specify the reason for return along with the product image for quality check and in case
of a defective or incorrect product, please send us a 360 degree video of the item.
3. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. Please include all paperwork,
parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in original condition to ensure full
credit.
4. Write the RA# clearly on the outside of the package.
5. Send the package to the address shared via Email/Whatsapp.

Once we receive your return, we will evaluate and process it within 5 business days. We will issue a credit note to you for the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping, COD, returns and handling fees (Valid for 3 whole months).

Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following items:
● Damaged or Broken
● Used Items

Once approved for replacement, a credit note and a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2-4 business days.

The Shipping Charges will NOT be borne by us for the same and will have to be borne by the customer unless the piece is damaged or defected.

Exchanges:

Once approved for exchange, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2-4 business days and once the product is received at our warehouse, it will go for a quality check only after which the exchange item can be shipped.
No request for return or exchange shall be approved beyond 3 days of delivery.

An item once exchanged cannot be exchanged a second time and will not qualify for any returns.

In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, we would request you to reach out to our customer support team for assistance within 48 hours of the package being delivered. We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand
reserves the right to take the final decision.
