Return and Exchange Policy

At Viari, we are committed to providing you with high-quality jewelry and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policies below to understand the terms of cancellations, returns, and refunds.


Refund Policy

As a policy, we do not offer refunds for products delivered in perfect condition, as per the order placed.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will provide a replacement. To initiate this process, please contact us at contact@viariaccessories.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with relevant photos of the damaged product.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    Cancellations for COD orders must be requested within 48 hours of placing the order. Please email us at contact@viariaccessories.com with your order number to process your cancellation.

  • Prepaid Orders:
    Cancellations are not permitted for prepaid orders.


Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of our jewelry products, we do not accept returns.

In the rare case of receiving a damaged product:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order at contact@viariaccessories.com, providing images of the product and packaging.
  2. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the damaged item.
  3. A replacement will be shipped to you once we receive the returned item.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Please note that open delivery of orders is not allowed. Kindly ensure the package is accepted and paid for before opening it.
